Development Applications

Flinders Council advertises Development Applications on its website on any given Wednesday.

The advertising remains public for 14 days during which time anyone, be they a ratepayer, resident or interested party, may make representations to the Council about the application. Representations can be for the proposal, or neutral or against it.

FIPNI will watch the website to monitor current advertising and let members know of developments which cause concern, but anyone is able to check the website for themselves.
